Hi I had a question i saw online that the devs were working on multiplayer for coral but I haven’t been able to find any updates on it?

Closed Testing has just begun, and soon there will be Open Testing for the multiplayer! ;D

So does that mean it’s closed now and I can’t play with my friends ?

Yes, the closed testing are for the randomly selected participants who applied!

But the open testing will open real soon, and everyone is welcome to join the multiplayer open testing phase!

Is there any schedule for the full release of it? also are we able to play the game on its entirety on the open testing? I'm thinking of buying the game on steam for a friend as we are waiting for the multiplayer to play together since the kickstarter phase

Multiplayer will be released when it's ready. Beta will open for testing only, find bugs, crashed, issues and break the game. If we use other betas as example, you will not be able to transfer your progress from testing phase to live one.

does open testing includes split screen multiplayer mode or just online multiplayer?

Splitscreen comes with extra challenges and is less common these days
