It posted before I could type, so, I'll type here:

Version: V1.1b-1231
Description: accidentally dropped ore on the floor in front of my chests, unable to pick them up even with an empty inventory
Setting Preset: Low
Pc/Steam

Update: now I can't pick anything up, even mined ores
