#Greenhouse Unlocked Last Season But Won't Appear On Farm

I missed a crop in Year 1, so I didn't unlock the Greenhouse until Summer of Year 2. I'm in Fall right now, but the Greenhouse still hasn't appeared on the farm. The offerings show as completed and it says I have the Greenhouse unlocked, but no dice. The morning after I turned everything in it gave a little cutscene where the Greenhouse goes and there were magical swirls, but then nothing.

I am also having the same issue. I finished the offerings in winter year 1, got the little swirly cutscene, but no actual greenhouse.

Could you please let us know the in-game date when you got the Greenhouse cutscene? If you still have the Backup file from that day, it would be incredibly helpful if you could share it with us.

You can find the Backup files inside the SaveGames folder where the DailySave file is located. Simply zip the Backup folder and send it over.

No problem! Mine was Year 1 Winter 15. I actually unlocked the bamboo forest with the same turn in. I kept playing, so I don't have the backup from that day anymore though.

i have the same problem i finished it on the 14th of winter in the first year and i also got a cutscene but no greenhouse appeared. I couldn't find a backup file anymore

mine was the night of spring 8 to spring 9 but i've continued playing way past it so no backup to that point i think

I just had the same issue. It was the 13th of Winter Year 1. I finished the offering and got the cutscene but the next day there was no greenhouse. I didn't think much of it as it was snowing and I had some fishing to do. But now it's the 15th and there is still no greenhouse.

Hi there, thanks for your quick reply and the path. I had my trouble finding it yesterday xD I did restart the game a few times, so I'm not sure which ones the right one, so I added the last four backup saves (as I said I'm on day 15 of Winter now and I finished the crop altar on Day 13). My version is 1.1b (just downloaded the game last week). I also remembered that I unlocked the Deep Forest the same night and got both cutsecenes. The Deep Forest does work though.

Snowdrop was indeed the last item. And I think I also put the large goat milk in for the basic barn offering. In the game it says v1.1b-1231. According to Steam the game didn't update anything since downloading it on Nov 27th, so it should have been that version yesterday as well.

Thats the tricky part... For sure, the first thing I did was taking care of my animals and then I harvested the Snowdrop. I think I dropped it off right away, finishing the Crop Altar. Like Ive said, I think I also finished the Basic Barn offering as well. I went tree shopping for the Greenhouse. I was at the Blacksmith. I think I unlocked the Ocean caves after talking to the Oracle the day before and so I spent a few minutes collecting nodes and coffers in those caves. Either that day or the 12th, I was in the Fire Mine collecting the last bat wing for the Monster Loot offering, which I finished the same day (not sure if 12th or 13th though). Also either on the 12th or 13th I finished the quest where you have to get the costume for the Forest guys (buying the blazer and glasses). Also on the 12th or 13th I got the yellowfin tuna from my pond and finished the Salt Water Fish offering. And I definitely went fishing for some swordfish for quick money.
Im sorry if I got things mixed up as those two days were pretty eventful and I cant say for certain which activities I did on which date. Hope it still helps a little bit.

started a new one with the QoL update.
completed the greenhouse in winter year 1 (i guess day 13 or 14), also have the cutscene
now i'm in spring year 2 and no greenhouse here
(i think i dont have the savebackup files of this days, sry)

so, Ive got an update. I reloaded my save file from the 13th. Just took care of my animals and harvested the Snowdrop. I dropped it off at the altar, bought some trees and went to bed. I got the cutscene for the Deep Forest and the Greenhouse and when I woke up, the Greenhouse was actually there and I was able to enter it. As it turns out, the only thing I had actually done on the 13th from the things mentioned above, was dropping off the big goat milk and finishing the last part of the Basic Barn offering (I had already finished the Monster Loot and Salt Sea Fish altar the day before). Maybe that caused the problem? Hope this helps 😊

Oh, and I’d like to confirm with everyone else here—did you happen to complete another Offering when finishing the Crop Altar?

if i recall correctly i only did the crop offering, i remember specifically going to there just to submit the carrot.

I also have the same problem. I'm in year 2, winter 14, and I have just finished the first altar to unlock the greenhouse. The last offering was the snowdrop. Over the night it showed me a cutscene as if the greenhouse is being built, but waking up in the morning - it's not built. I also have a fresh save of the game just on the day the greenhouse magic happens and should be built

I think I just took care of my animals and then I went fishing in the Deep Forest as it was snowing (might have picked up a few things in there like Hardwood). I might have not checked for the Greenhouse in the morning, but Im fairly certain that I came back around the evening and that I wanted to plant the trees, but there was no Greenhouse so I went to bed to check if it would appear the next day. When it wasnt there on the 15th I tried restarting the game a couple of times, but it didnt fix the problem (always the 15th as I didnt know where to find the save files back then).
When I replayed the days with my backup file, the Greenhouse was there first thing in the morning on the 14th and I just planted the trees right away. I do not remember if I did anything else that day, but Ive probably just went straight to bed to see if it was working the next day. For sure, I didnt go into the Deep Forest that day. The Greenhouse has been working without problems ever since (Im in spring now).

Yeah I also have this problem, unlocked on Winter 15 year 1 Town Rank B and unlocked at the same time as the deep forest. I got both cutscenes in the same night. The last thing I put in the alter was the Snowdrop. I unfortunately kept playing thinking it would resolve itself. I played until Spring Day 1 year 2 and it never unlocked the greenhouse.. Since I waited so long hoping it would resolve on it's own the oldest backup save I have is for Winter 17.

I got the cutscene on the location of the greenhouse. nothing happened the following day. And the days that follow. I restarted the game and my pc but nothing happened. I believe I unlocked the greenhouse and deep forest on the same day. The crop offering is one of the two offerings I completed to unlock the deep forest. (I don't remember what the other offering was) Deep forest works fine. Last item I submitted was tea leaf. Can't remember the exact in game date. It's between Winter 10-13 of year 2.

Things I did that day was talk to Wakuu, talk to my pets, talk to and hold my babies, harvest the crops, take care of the animals, go to my shed to make the farm produce in to artisan products. I put all the tea leaves in the keg and leave one (silver quality) for the offering. Then go to the Lake temple.

I believe I unlocked the greenhouse and deep forest on the same day. I only got the cutscene of the deep forest. but nothing happened for Greenhouse in the following day. The last crop offering I completed was Tea Leaf if I am not mistaken. Can't remember the exact in game date but i think it was around Winter 3-10 year 1. Currently, deep forest works fine. Now I am already at Year 2 Winter 15. I dont know which saves i should submit.

  • Reproduction Steps I unlocked the greenhouse (On Year 2, Winter 13) by completing the first altar at the temple. The last item I donated was the Snowdrop flower. The night after I unlocked it, I had a dream that showed swirls around the greenhouse foundation on my farm. The next morning (Year 2 winter 14) I went to check and the greenhouse wasn’t there. I reloaded the save file twice and it still doesn’t appear. My town rank is C.

I completed the offerings for the Savannah but never got the cut scene. I can access the Savannah. However now when I complete the greenhouse offering, it’s playing the Savannah cutscene and never giving me the greenhouse cutscene and the greenhouse itself never shows up. Playing on Steam deck.
