I have not received my game. Originally I chose the Switch platform, but since now that's not happening I want to switch to Steam. But how do I do that? I've emailed support and have not gotten any response.

Which email did you send to, and how long ago? They said it could take 14 business days to respond.

also, switch has not been cancelled. I don't know why people keep saying that.
