Not getting rewards for winning harvest festival

This is my 2nd harvest festival, and I was so excited because I didn't think I would have won but I did. Unfortunately I wasn't able to collect the rewards that you get for winning/participating in the harvest festival.. my inventory wasn't full either. I was hoping maybe I would get it in the mail but they never showed up besides the letter I got from Bobby afterwards 🥺

Hello, I wasn't able to claim the reward at all so I thought it was a glitch and maybe I'd just get it in the mail but I never got anything unfortunately 😭 the prizes from the mini games worked fine but for the showcase, nothing was redeemable

Do you happen to have a video of when you click on Competition Rewards after winning the Contest? 😮 If you still remember, did the button there only display "Exit" without the "Claim Reward" button?

Ooh, I actually don’t remember what it said and I was hoping when this happened I would have a clip but my clip recording application was turned off 🥲

I'm currently facing the same problem, and it just shows the "Exit" button, without any option for claiming rewards!

Additionally; (sorry @foggy sparrow for piggybacking on your post - also not sure if I should open up a new thread for this since it is technically a different bug, but also related to the harvest festival) I did not receive my extra stamina from the stamina fruit, although I got the animation and the end of day screen for it and all. My stamina is still a 867, is that normal?

Oh no, it’s not a problem at all! I’m glad that someone else has had a similar experience because it does suck 😭 so at least you’re not alone in this and hopefully it can bring more attention to addressing it

I’m not even in fall anymore in game but I would still want the rewards that I earned as I’m sure you do as well 🥹

Oh, did you receive the Stamina Fruit from Harvest Festival, Charris? Did the Stamina Fruit appear in your inventory and perhaps any Mooncakes too?

And, yes, the Stamina Fruit was from the Harvest Festival. I was actually surprised to see it there, I assumed it was the reward for winning against Bobby (it was my first time winning so I wasn't sure what to expect).
