When I was diving, I hit a piece of trash and the little orb thing showed up (to go to the statue), however this orb was stuck in one of the oil walls and I was unable to grab it. After trying to grab it for a while I left and returned to land, and then went back down to see if it would respawn but now I am unable to progress:( is there anyway to fix this?

Can you let us know your game platform and version? If you're playing on Steam PC, please attach your save file so our team can investigate it further. You can find it by copy-paste this file path into your Windows Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames. It's the DailySave.sav file 
Additionally, could you share the location of the solar orb? A screenshot of the map would be very helpful 😉

Im on Steam PC:) Here's my save file, I did sleep in the day after the orb glitch happened so I hope that didnt mess anything up:( Here's the picture of the issue while it was happening, and the map location of where it happened:) Thank you for the help!

i didnt see this post, but had reported my bug in this post. (i didnt see the orb pop up but i know id been close to night time a few times so more like as not its the exact issue baised on the locations being identical)

I also have the same problem. I'm on steam PC and the site that is bugged for me is site 50
it just didn't spawn for me, I didn't see it in a wall or spot I couldn't get to normally

If you’ve tried sleeping until the next week to let the trash respawn, could you try cleaning the area again to see if the orb appears? The orb can only appear through the trash, so the area needs to be filled with trash before it can be found again 😮

I did try that, i decided to give it till the end of the month before i try to go down there again. (im on day 21 now so soonish)
i even tried cleaning up all of the remaining trash Evreywhere down there. im 99% sure the trash in the silver/bronze areas doesnt count but i wasnt leaving it to chance. im super stuck progress wise till i can figure out how to continue.

i am happy to report that waiting till winter allowed enough trash accumulation to have the orb pop up once more. thank goodness. Lol

i just played a bunch of days yesterday, and after about 20 in game days the trash gave me the missing orb 🙂↕️

Hiya guys! Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for hanging in there! I’ve already reported this to the team, and they’ve been making adjustments. This shouldn’t be an issue in future updates

It's because the orb spawn rate included the roots, but don’t worry—we’ve made adjustments, so it shouldn't appear there! 😄
