Reproduction Steps (Explain the steps leading to the issue you are experiencing)
I upgraded my garden hoe and after the update, it's been lost, I tried going to the bed and the blacksmith to find it, but still, they don't have it.

Hello @grave swift! Thank you for your report. As you have said that you've tried to go to Blacksmith, did you also try to click the Upgrade Tool option there? If so, is there no notification that your tool is still being upgraded? 😮

i did try that and it just says i dont have any hoe to upgrade and will allow me to upgrade all my other tools

thankfully it happened during winter but i wanted to make sure i have one for summer
