Only shadows appear on Pets

i also had this happen last night for my pets after playing for a long period of time!! it was on 1.1b-1230 though and i've since updated (haven't played for a long enough session to see it happen again as of yet), so idk if offering up my save file would help?? i can offer screenshots though!

You can copy-paste this file path into your Windows Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved, compress the SaveGames folder into a ZIP file, and send it here
