fishing animation problem??

i just moved over from playing xbox game pass version to buying steam version and ive noticed this when fishing. when i fish the animation for the fish shadow isnt moving but has splashing particles and the the rod is like limp bending parts. (best picture i could get but i have a video on my phone)
