Buying from online shopping PC

Bought so many seeds through Sam’s store on the computer in game, did not receive them the next day but money was still taken. Alternatively, when I bought indoor/outdoor decor the same day but a different transaction, it says it will be delivered the next day but it was delivered in mail box after leaving the house. So bug on getting items the same day (not complaining lol) and also not receiving items at all but losing money

I also have this problem, playing on PC with latest update. Got my decor instantly, but seeds never.

This is definitely the issue I’m encountering with the seeds Ok, I just noticed the detail of the money not changing. I’ll have to go double-check that detail

Update: After restarting the game since the last time I played (with the error), the online shop is now working again. When I buy seeds, the money deducts normally, and when I close the online shop the New Mail icon is above my mailbox, and the seeds are inside. This is also exactly what happens when I buy decor items; the mail with the items attached show up immediately, not the next day.

Not sure if this is relevant, but in both cases, there's no animation of the bird flying in to deliver the mail - the envelope icon above the mailbox is just already there. My computer is not right on the same screen with the mailbox, but it's pretty close, and in previous versions I've caught the bird delivery animation when I run over immediately. Sorry, I don't know how to take video of my screen.

I'm having the same problem, resetting hasn't prevented it.
I'm on pc/steam.
Money isn't taken and nothing delivered although I get a message saying it will be.
It will sometimes work , sometimes it won't. Very random.

I can always buy items when there's only a few different items but it breaks when I have a lot of items. If I fill up my "cart", it fails and then I have to go back and buy a little at a time a bunch of times. It usually works with < 5 items.
