Reproduction: I'm not sure how/when it happened, I never really looked for her until I became a Mermaid. I can only find her if I move my cursor around to find the gift/speech icon. And when I give her a gift her response bubble is sideways making me think her model is just flipped 90 degrees so she's under the map.
Repro Rate: She is underground ALL the time. I restarted the game and went through a few seasons and play sessions and she's always like this.
