Reproduction Steps: This was the second step of the festival, the only step that had issues.
Repro Rate: Only happened once. I exited game and was able to prepare the ground once I got to that point again

Input Mode: Keyboard and mouse
I clicked and clicked, my hoe would not engage. It took a restart and then the game ran normally and I completed the event.
I have played far beyond the festival, but am still attaching my save. In retrospect I should have moved the save before restarting the game, if this happens again I'll do that. I hope this helps. Thanks.
