Issue Triggering Etna 10 Heart Event

• **It is described as needing to go to Merfolk Plaza between 9am-5pm but where is Merfolk Plaza?? I've gone through the Merfolk Kingdom every day of the week trying to trigger it

Fixed! The exact place to unlock the event was between the Tatoo study and the merfolk general store. Thanks!
