#Town Rank A but Board is Showing F (After Patch 1.1b)

Hey! So after patch 1.1b, with lower rank A requirements, I was able to hit town rank A, which I got the letter about in the mail. The problem is, inside the town hall, it says F... I've unlocked the underwater farm, and have been playing about a week or so of in-game tame since hitting A and have not gotten any of the other Town A quests for progression.
