I currently have the quest "Resupply Merfolk Kingdom II" available and I am tracking it, and it says to go to the Merfolk General Store but every time I go, it always says "You're not allowed to enter." I go during the open times for the store, but it never mentions anything about the store hours, just that I simply cannot enter. I have had this issue since I have gotten the quest.

Yes, I just got the tail before I tried to enter again! I thought maybe that was issue since I wasn’t a mermaid yet when I had tried before, but it still wouldn’t let me in even after getting the tail.

@lean mist Hi there, you can click on the Open Sign, to get the information for the store hours. Beside that if you cannot enter by now, then you are missing a quest. One that gives you the King and Queen later in a meeting. If i remember correctly, you get an invitation via Mail.

I have gotten a letter already from them and I currently have the quest that was received after speaking with them about going to the general store to start creating and selling the ocean crops...so I don't think there's another quest I need, but I'm not entirely sure

My other guess is, you haven't met the Shop Owner yet? He is randomly roaming around. Maybe that is necessary? just an idea.
