If you have crops ready to be harvested, and then put an Auto SFH on the sprinkler, and then harvest the crops, the SFH sucks in everything that drops, including replant seeds, which cannot be retrieved from the attachment.

did you check the first option? becaus SFH has two, one for crops and other for seeds

I did, and nothing was appearing from there. I was able to retrieve it by pickaxe-ing the attachment off though.

I don't have a copy that has this issue in it anymore, as I was able to retrieve the seeds with the pickaxe. I could try to replicate and then provide it if need be
