Title: : The underwater produce upgrade is bugged.
Reproduction Steps: I upgraded to the osmium quality the underwater seeds. It said it'll be ready in 2 days. Since, it did not upgrade, and I can't upgrade the animal produce either. It seems like it's maked as already ugraded. I can't select anything in the upgrade screen, and it stays as shown in the screenshot.
Repro Rate: Impossible to check.

Yup here you go. One of the shop, and one of the seeds and seaweed in my inventory. the seaweed is osmium quality even though I didn't complete any upgrade, and the seeds are still gold even when I completed the osmium upgrade.

I'm experiencing same. I upgrade crops, but instead my seaweed gets upgraded.
The 2nd times I tried same upgrade it did work though(my seaweed is maxed now)

I rewatched my 'failed' recording of a crash that's been happening and I didn't notice at that time, but it actually told me it upgraded seaweed instead of produce:
