Mark Cutscene Issue

I got 10 hearts in rel with Mark, and there's no cutscene on the Beach. Either way, even in the "Relationship" tab no any tip about the heart event.
There're my save-file and the screenshot also.

Is it a cutscene he has to send you a letter to start it? I didn’t do anything with mark but I believe all level 10 heart scenes for the characters involve them inviting you somewhere to tell you their feelings (someone correct me if I’m wrong)
