Was harvesting crops along with some sugarcane with a scythe, and when my inventory got to be too full, the sugarcane dropped on the ground as it is expected to do. However, when I got rid of items in my inventory, I was still unable to pick up the sugar cane on the ground and it appears as though the sprite for the sugar canes is permanently frozen and is unable to be interacted with.
