After the most recent update I thought only my Precious gems reset but I just noticed last night my Basic Artisan also reset. I've been keeping track of everything on a spread sheet that I update right after I submit everything.

Reproduction Steps: Continued playing after realizing my Gem progress reset, finally harvested my cucumbers, made pickles to turn in and noticed I only have Mayo submitted when I was almost done with this alter offering. SPRING, YEAR 2

Hello @solemn minnow! Thank you for creating a new post as we suggested. I’ve relayed this to the team, and we’ve found that the issue occurred on Spring 4 in your save file.

If you’d like, you can revert to your backup file from Spring 3 to see if it resolves the problem.

Oh that's kinda unfortunate I already progressed in the game two weeks while waiting for an answer on the Precious Gems issue. So going back to Spring 3 is a bunch of hours gone.

Is there any possible way to gift us the missing items in game? Since it seems like a common issue enregards to the most recent update?
