I gave gifts to Alice, Anne, Archie, Eleanor†, Emily, Erika, Jim††, Joko‡, Macy, Millie, Sam, Suki, Valentina, and Zoe.

Everything not marked as a loved gift was a liked gift. Basically every time I found a tulip I gave it to the nearest NPC.
