Title: Computer purchases not arriving in the mail

Reproduction Steps: Ordered seeds (44 strawberry seeds, 28 cactus seeds) and trees (2 of each kind) via computer but it did not come in the mail, thought it would come in the next day but still not there. Tried ordering osmium kelp from Ling's lab and it arrived. Tried ordering something else from Sam's and it arrived, maybe it's because I ordered out of season seeds?

**Repro Rate **: So far only once, haven't tried doing it again because I already lost a lot of money 😦

Game Platform: Steam

Game Version: v 1.1 b-1229

Input Mode: kb/mouse and controller

Is it possible to go back to the previous day so I don't lose the money by restoring a back up save perhaps?

EDIT: figured out how to load the backup save through a different thread

EDIT 2: ordered again through the computer and this time the items arrived so I’m not sure what caused the previous issue 😩

We'll notify the teams to look into this and replicate the issue using your repro steps. Also, yes it's possible to load your backup by going to the setting > changing Show Backup to "yes" > going back to the save list on the main menu > toggling on the Show Backup on the bottom left side of your screen approve2

I restarted my day and my game once again did not give me the items, this time I ordered 28 cactus seeds and 109 strawberries :((

I managed to order small amounts before tho so it might be because I was ordering huge amounts?

Update: In the same day I had the issue, I ordered 28 cactus seeds and it arrived but when I ordered 109 strawberries it did not arrive. I tried to order 99 strawberries and it arrived so my assumption is that when the order is above 99 it would not arrive

I also had the same issue yesterday. It happened twice in a row for me. The first time I thought maybe I didn’t click checkout, so I tried it again, but still didn’t get mail. I’ll try it again when I play tonight.

i hade a similar issue. i was able to order grass starter but when i tried to order 6 sets of 80 seeds it would say it would be delivered but it never came. thankfully it didnt take my money but i tried restarting the game and it still did it

update: restarted again and now it works. it seemed that when i paused the game right after ordering my seeds and before letting them be delivered. then the shops on the computer where in a different order.

I tried to record a video, but it worked fine when I recorded. But then when I went in again next game day, it did the same thing and I didn’t get my order (but I didn’t manage to record it 😞). I don’t think it took my money either though

the report about the money not being taken is correct. I had this happen to me just now. and it's more like the purchase didn't actually take place/save. after you come out of the computer the money will still be there with no seeds. and then you can just go on the computer and re-buy what you wanted. this happened to me while buying 133 pineapple seeds.

However I am very certain that I clicked on buy and that the store told me the items would be delivered

i have this issue as well! (also on pc/steam version v 1.1 b-1229) i tried buying 16x8 seeds and 6 trees but i notice it wouldnt remove the money amount and not give me any of the things. i was able to buy 8 seeds at a time for four times before the same thing happened and i was not able to order anymore

steps: no idea, it happens randomly.
Repro Rate: no idea, it happens randomly. in the video that was actually the second time that happened. it happened once, then I started filming, and it happened again on the video. then I tried a third time and was able to buy the seeds.
