I believe it was winter 22 but I didn't go and trigger the scene at the fair. The scene is a flashback from the heart scene I triggers the day of that save file around the time required to trigger it. I've noticed a lot of heart scenes aren't triggering in winter despite the journal not listing it as a requirement so I assume that was for reasons like this one where the scene tries to take place in the zone but there are seasons deocrations up.
