Reproduction Steps:
- Load a save
- View your dehydrator
- The progress meter is at 0 and processing doesn't start. You have to empty and reload the machine to start it again.

I'm still experiencing the issue. I think I was wrong about it working correctly at one point. It just hadn't happened in a long time, and I thought it was resolved. More likely, I lost track of when I last loaded a save. Regardless, my dehydrators are starting frozen at the zero time mark upon each load.
