i have the same problem, i had at least one of the precious gem bundles complete, and the other/s started, and they've all reset to 0 after the update!

Ohh, and do you have any screenshots or videos of your Precious Gems offering before it gets reset by any chance?

Since it said it was fixed previously, I never grabbed a screenshot once I completed them 😅

no, i only recently started playing properly! i never got this far before so it's my first time experiencing this
I see! Could you please send us a video showing your found gems list? You can go to Journal Menu > Found section> and Gems tab. Kindly click one by one of the gems that you found. Thank you, everyone!
I am also having this problem after I updated today. I had two of the three gem bundles complete, and had one of the three gems needed for the third bundle. Now it says I’m missing all of them.
I also saw that two of my basic artisan offerings were missing; previously I had everything but juice; after updating, it now says I also need butter and something dehydrated for that bundle.

- Reproduction Steps: After updating my game I opened it and played for a bit. Finally got a new gem and went to go submit it and noticed my progress was gone.

two bundles was completed, but last bundle don't. I remember missing Black opal.

I had the same issue, I had both the uncommon and rare bundles filled, as well as one super rare, and they are all gone now. I did try to go back to an earlier save (as well as a later save because I had rolled back time and they were gone there as well.) I do know I had the filled before fall hit.
mine also reset 😦 I had all but the final 3 done, was holding onto the one I had since last time I had one in there it reset that one. This time, it reset but did not reset when I added another gem in and went to bed
And I play on steam.
Similar issue here except my game crashed when I went to bed after offering a new gem (had 1 submitted for each category and they all disappeared). Steam player

For me, it was the first two bundles. I didnt keep notes on the first one, but the second, I donated: Peridot, Beryl, and Jasper
Thankfully, I hoard rares
So I donated all of them again. I finished the day, saved, then shut down the game for an hour, then went back and its still all there! Im not sure if that is because I completed all of them at once this time, though

I'm also experiencing this issue, I know I had completed at least one of the bundles and had recently offered a black opal and I think I experienced something similar last major update but I had assumed at the time that it was because the conditions for the offerings had changed, here's some screenshots and all the files others have sent

@muted hedge On a side note the save I sent you earlier I noticed a side bug/effect on it, I will report it as well. When I went into the ocean I was getting scrap instead of trash with my silver sickle on the gold kelp tier.
I edited the first backup file instead of just being the saved game to being all my backups on this saved game and removed the other.
I also have this issue, I swear I just had kimchi missing.

Hello everyone! We’ve released a fix for the Precious Gems offering resetting to 0. Kindly update the game to the new version (v1.1b-1229) and check the changelist here: https://discord.com/channels/623097219628662784/1027403332790272000.
However, we regret to inform you that if you’ve already loaded your game and saved it the next day, this fix won’t be able to recover the lost gems. 🙇♀️

@muted hedge has the basic artisan reset been added? on my checklist for myself i only needed pickles and finally got it just to notice its only got mayo in it
