I have something similar as well, he is stuck at 4 Hearts even after giving beer it doesnt't change.

I havent even been able to gain a heart from him. He is the only character I have that refuses to gain hearts. I have also given him pink diamonds and even Osmium Level Wines. The Pink Diamonds register in his character sheet but none of the Wines do.

I Have the same problem, i married him and now im stuck at 10 hearts... i want to have kids with him xD

May I ask if after gifting to Semeru, you quit the game or reload it? If you have a video of when you gifting and the current heart level, it will be helpful for our team to investigate this too! 🙂

Since almost a year (in this game), I still gifted him weekly but still stuck with 5 hearts. I did complete all quests with merfolk but still stuck with froze hearts
