i cannot access level 12 fire cave.

Try checking in behind wall and corner, sometimes the hole to the next level is hidden

if you have enough stone, you can also craft a rope to create a new hole. If you dont, you can exit the mine and get some rope, then enter the mine again (The previous hole stays after you leave the mines)
