Hi there! I've noticed that for some of the land bugs, I can still catch them after I spook them, but I can't with the tiger beetle, even when it runs over open space for a while. Is this a glitch, or is it a higher difficulty bug? I only have a silver net right now, will I be able to catch it despite spooking it after I upgrade it more?

Some rare and legendary bugs are very hard to catch. And when they're spooked (highlighted green) they can't be caught.
Use traps, put scent in them and you'll be able to catch those including tiger beetle.
