Hi @limpid shale. I'm sorry for the crash issue you've encountered. 🙇‍♀️ Thanks for taking the time to notify us!

#

May I ask for the crash logs that you've shared, what is the last in-game activity that you did when it occurred? 😮

Hi there! How are you?

#

I was just walking around the farm

#

Most of the crashes it was doing just that. Fps drops are random when walking around farm, open and closing chests or putting things for sale.

#

Crashes occurs after a fps drop, but not always crashes after fps drop.

Hmm, may I ask if you've tried to verify the game files? Additionally, have you tried to set the graphic setting for Coral Island to always High Performance?

If not yet, here are the detailed steps [you can also check the screenshot attached]:

  1. Type "Graphics Settings" in the Start menu
  2. Click Desktop App
  3. Select the Coral Island application
  4. Click Options
  5. Set the Graphic preference to High Performance
Let us know how it works!

You can turn on the FPS counter by opening Steam (top left screen) > Settings > In-Game and make sure Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game is turned on. Chang the In-game FPS counter into “top-right” and enable the In-game FPS counter high contrast.
