Everything black after hangout

Everything but the characters and UI disappeared after a hangout event with Luke

I was going around town to give gifts and do hangout events starting with 1) Eva at the inn, hangout at the bamboo forest, 2) Raj at the inn, hangout at the inn, 3) Lily at her house, hangout at the museum, then 4) Luke at his house, hangout fishing at the lake temple. After the hangout concluded, I was put back at Luke's house instead of at the hangout location like usual and everything but the characters and UI was gone

This issue has only occurred once

Platform: PC

Version: v1.1-1226

Input mode: Keyboard and Mouse

Save file attached but this is in the middle of the day and I haven't saved or moved since this happened

Addition: I managed to find the door and upon going outside, everything seems fine. I can't go back in because it's after 9PM in game 😔
