#Please help! Game keeps crashing

Hi! I've been having an issue for quite some time and am finally posting about it. My game randomly crashes, there isn't any kind of pattern it is completely random. I played last year and it took me 10+ tries to get through one of the festivals. After all that I felt so defeated dealing with multiple crashes that I took a break from the game until a little while after the new update. My game still crashes very randomly, at least 1-2 times every time I play ( (it's usually after playing for at least an hour or so). How it happens is completely random, I could be doing anything in the game and it will suddenly freeze and crash. I will attach a screenshot of the error I get.

I play on PC using the Xbox app.
Game version 1.1 - 1227
Input mode keyboard and mouse
RTX 3080 graphics card,
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz, 3792 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
16 GB RAM

If you remember, can you list down all the "random" activities you were doing before the crash happened? 😮

I have similar issue, after playing for 1 hour or more it crashes, :S freezes first or the game completely freezes and steam shuts down

I have the same issue, mine seems to crash when coming into or out of the animal houses, total freeze then game shuts down with that message

Hi @proper sierra, I feel like it's typically when I'm leaving/entering any kind of building, I'll be stuck in the black screen in between. It also happened a bunch during one of the festivals, I couldn't play certain mini games because the game would just freeze and crash. It might also happen when I'm scavenging/mining/just walking around but that might be less common. It's honestly happened so often they all blend together lol

Ah, then the teams are aware of this and currently fixing it. Hopefully, it can be fixed soon so you can go inside/outside the farm building without crashing! approve2
