Theo's 5 heart event

I am at 10 hearts with their and have never been able to trigger his 5 heart event I've seen the heart events before this and I've followed the rules I've seen on the wiki but it just won't trigger

Have you tried going to all of the previous heart events to see if somehow you missed one of them?

@calm pagoda I play on a PC and I have double checked I've gone through all the previous heart event and I have so I'm not sure why it won't trigger

Do you play on Steam? If so, you can drop your save file so our team can take a look 😉
