I'm trying to get the next upgrade of Hay, I got the silver kelp essence and it says it's available but nothing happens. Do I need to get all the bronze upgrades first before I get any silver?

As long as you have upgraded your hay to bronze then you should be able to upgrade. Do you have enough coins to upgrade?
