Even though I have not gifted anything to Ben this whole week, I cannot gift him anything(but just the previous week, I was able to). I am on Xbox Series X

I cannot gift anyone, when I try to the game freezes. I have to use Ctrl-Alt-Delete just to get out of it and close the game. I'm currently on Wataru and Valentina's Bday trying to give them their present. I play on PC.
