Is the game pass Version of the game separate and have separate bugs, I'm playing on game pass Xbox Series X and it's really laggy, i know the devs have a fix in the works but I'm wondering if I buy the game will it potentially be less laggy?

It is separate from PC steam, yes. It's also harder for the devs to get updates to it.
