#How to have babies??

I hope I'm in the right spot but how do I have babies? I'm married to Rafael and the house is upgraded to have the 2 side rooms upstairs.. what's next? I've tried searching on the wiki and youtube but there's no info

you will randomly get a pop up after you go to bed asking if you want to have a baby.
