Fruit Plant Altar at Lake Temple and Master Slime Altar aren't giving rewards upon completion. The Master Slime reward is immediately checked by the game as soon as all items are offered, but the Master Slime outfit IS NOT put in inventory. Clicking does nothing. I think it has something to do with the fact that the items that can be donated aren't fixed (i.e. "Donate 4 of any artifact/fossil"), because the Fruit Plant altar acted like there were still fruits to donate after donating the required 5 out of 8 possible fruits (despite both altars saying they were completed.)

Master Slime was attempted 3 times with the error occuring every time (with one time only donating the same kind of fossil/artifact and the other time donating 4 different kinds of fossil/artifact), the Plant Altar was attempted twice with the error occuring every time. Master Slime altar unlock was also performed on different days.

NOTE: I didn't save the game after the Master Slime Glitch but it should be reproducable after getting hoarder ring from BOS and fossils and artifacts from the chests on the far right inbetween the shipping bin and the waterfall pond in front of the farmhouse. There's also a sturdy computer right below and I'm wearing the slime backpack.
