#Unable to progress/ no cut scene

i have finished all the alters but have not gotten the cutscene for completing them. When i try to summon the goddess to talk to her in a attempt to trigger the cutscene it freezes and then crashes with a fatal crash every single time. I am unsure how to progress since the next quest wont start without the cut scene ( about the mural). I also have finished the memory cave and finished the quest with the giants but the map for it and the dig sites are still foggy. I can go in there but no map to use to figure out where I am. Someone please help I am losing my mind. I am playing on a PC through xbox. I am on version 1.1-1227

Hi hi @fiery birch. I'm so sorry this crash makes you unable to progress further in the game 🙇‍♀️

But don't worry, our teams are aware of the crash when talking to the Goddess as there's been a similar report from other players, and the teams are fixing it now. Hopefully, it can be resolved soon so you can continue your progression 🙂
