• **Title ** Crashing during new year event
• Reproduction Steps its done it twice now. The first time I thought it was because I was on my horse when I tried to enter, so when I loaded again, I did it without my horse but then when I started playing the balloon game, it crashed again.
• Repro Rate has happened twice in a row now
• Game Platform Xbox Series X
• Game Version v1.1-1227
• Input Mode Controller

May I ask about the first crash issue? Did it happen when you started the Festival or the Drop the Balloon minigames?

Hello, the first crash happened when I started the event, the second when I started the balloon game

I see. Allow us to confirm, did the second crash happen after you clicked to practice the game or start the game? Do you have any video of the issue by any chance?

After I started the game, I did a quick practice game, then did the actual game, and it happened during that. Also no, I’m on Xbox , you can’t get record a clip when the game crashes

I tried again and this time it didn’t crash but I attached videos of some of the event. You can see it’s a bit glitched

Hmm, did you notice any different in-game activities when the crash happened previously compared to when it did not?
As for a glitch with Macy in the minigames, yes the team is aware of it and is currently fixing it. 😊

Mmm not that I noticed. From what I remember from all the crashes, the game goes a bit choppy (?) and laggy when it’s indicating that it may crash. But mostly it comes out of nowhere, but that may just mean I haven’t noticed the patterns, sorry for not being more useful!
