Steps - After I built the heated pool, I went to see it and the cutscene didn't play. A few in-game days later I finished building the hot air balloon attraction and when it played the cutscene the message popped up that it couldn't play the heated pool attraction cutscene.
Repro Rate - Only happened this time so far
