I was walking from my farm to the inn from the south side, near the estuary/lihhthouse and passed the hot air balloon and got the following pop up "Fail to play cutscene with topic GS_Attraction_HeatedPool! Cause: missing topic Please contact Anim Team or programmer! " so i thought i'd bring it to your attention.
