Hi all, just wondering if you've had bug traps disappear at the change of seasons. I thought maybe it might be related to the snow mechanic as I've had them disappear at the turn of Winter and now at the turn of Spring. Anyone else have this issue? TIA!

Yes. If you place the bug trap where anything normally spawns, or NPCs normally walk or stand, the trap will disappear. So if the season changed and grass and trees spawned back in where the trap was, it will remove the trap.

I don't put them in pathways or anywhere there's a tree having been - I set them to the side in the grass, but it's always the same ones that disappear. I guess I'll just have to collect them the last day of the season and place them down again LOL
