May I ask your previous Donation point when you placed the donation and got the first and second Stamina Fruit?

I don't have footage of it but I think I'll star using one of those gaming clip software to prevent user issues like that.

Stamina fruit wise I can't remember if I had gotten one from the museum before but it is the 200 item reward. I got the reward, thought I'd missed it last time I was there, donated a single item and got it again.
