crash when dashing

Reproduction Steps: happens almost every-time I dash in game
Repro Rate: 4 times in last hour
Game Platform: Xbox series X

Hello. I'm truly sorry that you experienced multiple crashes while playing the game. Thank you for reporting it to us.

Can you let us know your detailed activities before the crash occurred? Did it always happen when you're dashing in the same in-game place?

No it’s been different places each time. :/ hard to say but a lot of times on my own farm but it’s also happened around town various places too

I understand. May I ask how many hours you played before the crashes occurred? Do you happen to have many Auto Chest or Sprinklers processing items in the Farm when the issue occurs?

It’s only happened since the Xbox update late week - it never happened before - not sure total hours but I’m on year 3. No auto chests - but yes to sprinklers.

Oh, I mean how many hours in real life when you just open the game that day and a crash occurs?
If you happen to be able to replicate the crash, can you please send us a video of it and also your Farm View? It will really help us see the issue 🙂

I’ll definitely try! It usually happens about an hour in and then sometimes multiple times after that. I’ll definitely try to get a video of it for you

I have same problem

So it did happen again last night after about 2 hours of play time. The only problem is, when it hard crashes me back to the Home Screen I cannot record :/ it happened this time when I was letting animals out, not when dashing.

No I didn’t enter the building - just rang the bell and it crashed. I didn’t enter the building after letting them out.

Oh, do you happen to exit the Coop or Barn and then let the animals out then? 😮

No I had just woken up and went to let them out and I rang the bells for the coop then the barns and it crashed.
