Hello, I’ve recently lost my save data for the game. I’m year 7, and have progressed significantly thru the game. The error message I get is ‘invalid or missing save data. The save file is missing or corrupted’. I’m on Xbox NA and my gamer tag is the same as my discord name, I don’t know how my save was lost, but I really don’t want to have to start over from scratch. The grind has been real. Please help.

When you mentioned your save file is lost, does the file is still there but you're unable to open it due to the corrupted or the file is no longer to be found? 😮
Also, is Xbox NA the same as Xbox One X? 😮

No crash. I last played coral island 2 days ago. No issues. Saved at sleep before closing game.

You can go to the setting > changing Show Backup to "yes" > going back to the save list on the main menu > toggling on the Show Backup on the bottom left side of your screen

Yes you can unlock the underwater farm from a quest "Resupply Merfolk Kingdom". Cho Oyu will sent you the letter for the quest! For more information on underwater farming, you can read on our official wiki: https://coralisland.wiki/wiki/Underwater_Farming 😊

I’ve advanced my relationship with Rafael to level 10, have the ring, but it seems to be stuck. He won’t marry me! 💔. I read on the wiki that there are cut scenes I have to see, but there isn’t a way that I can tell which ones I’ve missed or completed… there are so many cutscenes with different folks, I just don’t remember his specifically. Do you have a tracker on your end that can tell me? I’ve waited 2 in game years.
I’ve tried to trigger cut scenes by being in the place/time/season they can show up, but nada. 😞 Also, I do have the house upgrade done.

Yes we do! We actually have an item called "Tablet of Memories" where you can see which heart event/cutscene that you've triggered 😊 you can get it on Savannah cave level 25, 50, 75, 100, and 125 🙌

It’s random. I play other games so it’s nothing that I can think of. In game I usually harvest my crops and ranch. If I have fossils, I’ll then turn in at the blacksmith or lab, then hit the museum and alter. Then I go farming either in Savannah mine, the main mine or in the ocean. I do the same routine daily.

Ahh, I see. So after you do these activities, you exit and save the game then when you want to play again, you weren't able to open your save file? Can you share a video of you clicking your save file but it won't load? 😮
