#Crash 3 times in one day.

I play on my laptop through the Xbox app on game pass. I have been playing for months now. In year 4 summer. I had the update yesterday and everything was fine. Until today.

First crash: when coming out of my barn, it froze to a black screen then crashed. I had already done my crop watering/harvesting, making artisan products, and tended to my coop.

Second crash: I went to the temple to speak to the goddess. She did not appear but the talk option popped up. I talked to her and as I was leaving, it froze and then crashed.

Third crash: after reaching town rank A, I went through multiple cut scenes with Ben, mayor, and Kenny. Went back home to deal with animals and it crashed again at the barn. I had to redo all cutscenes, all harvesting of crops, tending to animals and my whole day of gathering and trying to sell.

I have been having absolutely zero issues with freezes or crashes until the update.

Unfortunately I wasn’t expecting it to happen so I don’t have any videos of it. I’ll try to get one if it happened again.

I’m glad yall are so proactive in getting these fixed! We all really enjoy the game and just really want to play.

I had gone into the barn, collected milk and wool and then when I went out it made the sound like as if I was exiting but it stayed a black screen while loading and the little coral loading thing in the bottom right never showed up and it crashed.

When you had the third crash, did you feed or pat your animals by any chance? And when you said collected milk and wool, did you do it manually or using auto collector? 😮

My barn has an auto petter. Did not feed. And I manually collected.

Have had some luck. Found a small way around it but it is a bit tedious. Have to let animals out first. Collect while they are outside. Then I can go inside the barn and exit while animals are outside with no issues. It’s while they are inside and I exit is when it will crash.
