Once you confirm a farm building relocation, if you enter back into the edit build menu, you can "cancel" the relocation request but the "new location" will remain on the lot. If you go back into the edit farm building menu again and move the left behind "new location", a new building will be insta built and you will have a duped farm building.
I tested this out with all farm buildings.

the video file size is too large, is there another way i can send it?
also my original method no longer worked, that instead crashed the game, I have a video of that too. So I played around and found another way to recreate the same result.

You can upload to google drive, youtube or any other sharing site.
Usually they recommend uploading to Google Drive and setting the access to their email " support@stairwaygames.com "
