Missing character models

• Encountered some animals in the adoption center whose models weren't showing up on the screen. Wouldn't have known there were missing animals in the first place if the prompt to talk to them didn't show up.
• Encountered two sea creatures trapped in the black oil root cage thing that had no models either. As you can see in the picture, only their prompt to interact with them shows up.

For the invisible pets at the adoption center, we've received a similar report and the teams are fixing it! 😊

For the second issue, do you remember what you were doing before? How many coral sites did you heal? 😮

The first encounter with the missing character model was at Dua Pulu, I think. I wasn't paying attention to who the character was but it might be Aang since I don't recall ever meeting this character yet (they show up as already introduced in my Journal tab under Extras).

The second encounter was with this Yogi Shark at Empat Pulu. Not sure how many coral sites were healed but I recall I needed to clean only 2-3 more sites to unlock the next area.

Another character model missing. Just rescued shrimpy at Lima Pulu at 6 coral sites healed.

Could you provide a map with the location of each seafolk that can be saved in the coral sites? It's a little difficult revisiting the locations without the npc tracker your game has for the townsfolk/merfolk.

Er.. it's kinda hard because they always moving around. But it's in Empat Pulu area 😄

Same issue here (Xbox series X). Sea creatures that were freed before the lates update are still visible. Revisiting the invisible ones is not helping, I've bumped into some of them by accident (and they don't like it 😅).

I realized that it probably wasn't a sea creature but someone from Merfolk Kingdom that didn't like to be bumped into 😆 don't know who it was (invisible too) but I have been able to "talk" to three invisible creatures, Yogi Shark, someone else that I don't remember and Shrimpy.

Got it, really appreciate the details just to confirm, you mentioned the sea creatures that were freed before the latest update are visible but the one you were freed after the latest update is invisible? 😮

Yes. Mola, Beluga, Gurtle etc are still visible (several in-game days later) and they were freed before the update 🙂
