RATE AND REPRODUCTION STEPS
While under water when holding down the interaction button for the Scythe spin attack it creates a ghosting effect that stays in and out of the water.
The Ghosting effect stays while holding all other items even non-tools. While the ghosting occurs it heavily slows down and lags my game.
I have yet to experience this on land.
This happens 90% of times I've used the Scythe Spin underwater. In the attached video it took me 1 try to replicate the bug.
