Hello everyone! Thank you for your report. Do you happen to have a video of when your gameplay freezes, when you open Menu, Chests, and also enter and exit the building? 😮

I have the same issue and others:
- When I open and close the menu, it lags.
- At the blacksmith, I can’t insert the items, and I can’t press the back button.
- Even when I try to go on a date with NPC, I can’t move the cursor anywhere else.
In the previous version, it was worse because it would crash and force close without saving. The latest update doesn’t force close anymore, but now almost everything I do causes major lag.

Regarding the stuck when you process the items in Blacksmith, the team is currently fixing it. I'm sorry for it.
As for the lags after you choose the place and option for dating, does it freeze and stuck there? Or it's lag and finally get you to the date cutscene?
The cursor stucks when I want to choose other places after clicking on one. So, I need to press the back button and choose again.

I have this issue too. Cursor will move again, though, if you select the "close" button on the open hangout menu instead of pressing the B button.

Same here with freeze/lag after updating to latest but on Xbox Series X.
Xbox Series S, game stuttering and lagging when exiting from shops / buildings. Game stuttering and lagging when exiting from menus (checking quests, inventory etc.). Occasionally it leads to game shut down and it takes me back to xbox main screen which results in game progress lost. I will record some clips tonight and will post it here 🙂

Hi there! I noticed a pattern to a game crashing that makes it shut down. It happens consecutively so I am able to track it down. When I'm done playing for the night, I just go back to main menu of my xbox, minimizing the game in the background. When I pick it back up next day and clicking "Resume game" it will result in crash shortly after. I think it doesn't like being timed out so long. I'll shut it down completely tonight when im done playing and test it out tomorrow.
Here is a video of the lag / stuttering that occurs every time I leave a building / exit menu option.

This is happening to me too 😭
I finally pulled the game up again as the update stated it fixed the crashing and I played not even 5 minutes and it crashed 🙄 so I guess I’ll wait another few months to try to play again on Xbox s

I'm getting motion sick because of this stuttering
I'm having all the above issues with the stuttering also and another thing I've noticed is that when I go to bed at night it'll save it thank goodness for that but then it just boots me out of the game so I have to restart each day again. I do appreciate the update because I was actually able to get back into my older game where I was in year 3 and almost at town level A and I'm actually able to play that game though it is you know freezing and stuttering and doing the other things but I was just happy I could open that game up again on Xbox.
I'm sorry it actually saves when I go to bed but then it boots me out and then I just have to open the game up again to play the next day
I play on Xbox Series S and after this last update my game is lagging when I open the inventory, even the song and music stop for 1sec
Xbox Series S- game also lagging just after closing menus, just after dialogues close (catching bugs/fish) and entering new areas (buildings/warp)
I'm also having this issue on Xbox Series X.
How long is "we're currently fixing this" going to take? because Xbox players have had multiple and various issues since the game came out.

It's just frustrating to play and grind the game at this state, since start the game is already stuttering specially when the game shift on different time cycle, now it just stutters everywhere and everytime
Crazy stuttering especially in town on 6650XT and on 7800XT, way above requirements.
I have also the same issue
Any update on how long "as soon as possible" is because at present the game is unplayable

I am experiencing this issue on PC
i7/Geforce gtx2060/16gb RAM
I am playing through Xbox Game Pass, unsure where to find the save files/crash logs. Seeing error message "Fatal Error", no error code when the game closes.
This was reported over a month and still no fix or any substantial update?
Still nothing? I'm done with this janky stardew clone. You over promised and severely under delivered. Humble issues aside you simply do not seem to be able to communicate in any meaningful way with players who have legitimate issues. The game was a mess when it came out and you've somehow only made it worse.
Any updates on this? Unfortunately the game is barely playable like this on Xbox Series X :/ @fallen creek
